Joe Karoly, President

Joe Karoly launched Monarch Construction in 1992. As a college graduate with multiple degrees in Art, English, and Business, Joe pursued a traditional corporate experience upon graduation. It was his love of construction and motivation to excel that inspired him to strike out on his own after several years. Much of what he learned while working for others, he applies to Monarch Construction today. It's why Joe surrounds himself with only the best tradesmen in the industry yet still remains personally involved in every job. As the owner, Joe Karoly considers this both his responsibility and his privilege.

Patty Karoly,  Vice President

With a Business Administration Degree from Gettysburg College,  Patty has been involved in several industries.  From selling technology and training services for 9 years to 5 years in the structural steel industry, her exposure to many facets of business has been extremely beneficial.  Involved in the business from the start, she has helped focus Monarch Construction’s business by implementing various sales and marketing strategies.   Her involvement in the office side of the business helps to keep things running smoothly. 

     
 

Darrell Dise, Carpenter

Darrell brings over 30 years of  experience with him to Monarch Construction.   His diverse experience of commercial remodeling,  residential remodeling and  solar building  has given him exposure to all facets of the construction trade.  Darrell is comfortable working for a family business as he worked for 15 years in a family construction business with his 4 brothers.  Knowing what needs to be accomplished and doing what’s necessary to get it done are attributes that best describe Darrell.
  Rich Erb, Carpenter
 

Anita Nesfeder, Office Manager

Anita has worked in the construction field for over 12 years and is familiar with all phases of construction. Her previous experience as an assistant estimator in the commercial construction field has enabled her to assimiliate quickly into her new role.  Her abilitliy to manage the day to day office operations and suppor the field staff is all a part of an average day at Monarch Construction.
